Plan Well Co was created by me, Sonia, after conversations in my own family about end-of-life wishes, ageing parents, and the quiet worry of not knowing exactly what someone would have wanted.
The idea started with a simple family conversation: what happens when someone wants their wishes respected, but those wishes have never been written down?
That is what Plan Well Co is really about.
Giving families a simple way to document wishes, gather important information, and reduce uncertainty for the people they love.
My background is in marketing, strategy, and turning messy information into clear, practical systems. That thinking shapes every Plan Well Co tool: simple, useful and designed to reduce uncertainty when life feels complicated.
We started with the Death Wishes Funeral Planner, supported by the Legacy Letters bundle and the free Get It Together Guide for families supporting ageing parents.
We are also developing When Everything Changes, a practical companion for families navigating critical illness.
